Some Client Systems may be configured to record calls and/or generate transcripts for quality assurance, training, workflow improvement, compliance, or service delivery. Whether recordings/transcripts occur depends on the client’s setup and applicable law. If you are calling a business that uses our Client Systems, you should review that business’s policies and notices.
6) Sensitive Information and Health Information
We do not ask for sensitive personal information unless it is necessary to provide the Services and is configured by the client. If a client’s workflow involves health-related services, information processed may include health-related details shared by callers. In those cases, Studio 9 processes that information on the client’s behalf to provide the configured workflows.
